The pledge reads "nous refusons de nous produire dans l'État d'apartheid qu'est Israël, que nous refusons d'accepter des financements provenant d'Israël" (we refuse to perform in Israel and refuse funding from Israel, its lobby groups or complicit institutions) and refuses collaboration on cultural projects that "normalize" Israel.

Evidence
2 items34 music labels, promoters and organizations have joined the boycott, such as Arbutus Records, Constellation Records, Hot Tramp Management and Bravo Musique. The boycott is in accordance with the Palestinian-led Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, stating that artists and organizations joining the initiative will refuse to perform in Israel, accept funding from Israel or associated lobby groups.
