CUPE 3906 published an Executive Committee statement on 2023-10-10 that calls for "an end to arms exports and military funding from Canada to Israel" and says its 2023-10-07 repost added the message "Palestine is rising, long live the resistance".

Dandelion Film Collective signed the 2023 Artists for Palestine - Canada letter that called the October 7 attack a reaction to decades of oppressive treatment, and pledged a cultural boycott of Israeli state-linked institutions.

The Disability Justice Network of Ontario, which lists Hamilton on its site, published a letter on 8 October 2025 urging the Canadian government to "Enact immediate and lasting sanctions on Israel" and to put in place "a two way arms embargo", and it is listed on the Vote Palestine endorsing organizations.

Pride Hamilton's board published a statement on its website in July 2024 that says the organization "will remain Apartheid-Free, Occupation-Free".

A Hamilton coalition posted on its Facebook page on 2026-09-09 a protest notice at Battlefield International whose attached text states the goal "to apply pressure on Battlefield to cut ties with Elbit".

A McMaster Students Union document and a May 2024 news report describe the McMaster Apartheid Divest Coalition as urging McMaster University to boycott and divest and to terminate partnerships with Israeli academic institutions.

The McMaster University news post of 2024-10-30 reports that Solidarity for Palestinian Human Rights presented its case to the Board of Governors on 2024-10-24 for divestment of university investments on the BDS divestment list, and two BDS supporter lists name an SPHR chapter at McMaster.

BIC Hamilton is listed as a signatory of the April 26, 2024 joint letter to Members of Parliament that asks them to "Support a bilateral arms embargo against Israel" and of the March 19, 2025 letter to the Prime Minister that calls on Canada to "impose a two-way weapons embargo" (canadianmuslimpac.ca, nccm.ca).

On 2024-06-03 the MUFA membership voted in favour of a motion for a faculty committee with the objective "The divestment of the university's investments, endowments, pension fund, purchases, and other financial holdings from companies linked to genocide, human rights violations, occupation, and apartheid in Israel."
