Faculty voted to establish a committee to investigate the University’s academic and financial interests linked to the genocide of Palestinians. The committee is mandated to carry out a full audit of all investments, including endowments and pension fund assets; to seek divestment of holdings from companies linked to genocide, human rights violations, occupation, and apartheid in Israel; and to review with the goal of ending TMU’s cooperation with Israeli academic and cultural institutions.
